Build Lease-Finance
Have the perfect building in mind but
don't think you can afford to build it? Well, now you
can, with Hardy's Build/Lease Financing program. Instead
of fronting money you may not have to build something
you think you might not be able to afford, we will work
with you to arrange any number of flexible financing
options, building the structure to your specs, which you
then lease from us. Its a win-win for everyone.

Green Building / LEED
Hardy Construction is experienced in constructing “green” buildings, including buildings under the LEED and NYSERDA programs. The LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Green building rating system is a voluntary building certification program that a project owner may pursue.
A LEED building is designed and built to be more environmentally responsible, healthier, and energy efficient, resulting in buildings with lower operating costs, higher lease rates and healthier occupants as compared to conventionally-constructed structures.
The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA), as administrator of the New York Energy Smart program, encourages project owners to invest in the installation of energy-efficiency equipment. This performance-based program offers incentive payments to project owners that develop projects delivering verifiable annual electric energy savings.
